All participants grant The Pink Pearl Foundation® and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® – Psi Theta Omega Chapter the right to use names, logos, and likenesses in promotional materials and advertisements related to the Pink Pearl Affair. By participating in this event, participants also consent to being photographed, videotaped, and/or otherwise recorded during the event.
